Thank you to all of the ECM supporters, friends, and partners who voted NO on Question 2 ! This was an important win for affordable housing in Massachusetts.
With your help, 58% of voters chose to keep Chapter 40B, Massachusetts' Affordable Housing Law on the books. The percentage of voters (opposition was 42%) was the largest margin of any ballot campaign. Over 1.2 million voters and 80% of cities and towns affirmed their support for protecting the affordable housing law for seniors and working families in urban, suburban, and rural communities all across the state.
